I have paleo oatmeal at least 3 times a week. I especially love it with dried fruit like cranberries and raisins. For a topping you can use honey or maple syrup to make it sweet while keeping it sugar free and 100% paleo.

My paleo oatmeal is made with a banana, which makes it tender and sweet.

Just stir together banana, cashew milk, coconut, almond flour and cinnamon and enjoy.

There are 2 ways you can make paleo oatmeal warm and delicious.

  • First, you can microwave it for just about 2 minutes. Then let it cool and add your favorite topping.
  • Second, you can add warn cashew milk to the mix.

I personally go the second route: it’s easier for me just to warm up the milk, and it tastes simply amazing.
